Åsa started singing Barbershop in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1990. She is the Director and one of the founders of Alba Show Chorus, and since 2019 she is also the Director of The EntertainMen. Before Alba was founded in 2004, Åsa was a member of the SunLight Chorus for 14 years (1990-2004), where she was the Assistant Director beside her mentor Åse Hagerman. Åsa has been a quartet singer since 1991 in the quartets Sudden Comfort and Matchbox. During the 90´s she was also the lead singer in a rock band for 10 years. In her everyday life Åsa has been a business leader since the mid 1990:s, working with business management and product development in the Automotive business for more than 20 years. She has a deep understanding of leadership and what makes a team successful and sustainable over a long period of time, as well as how to lead change and development work. Since 2016 Åsa runs her own company where she is working as a psycho therapist, mentor and coach with people and groups regarding leadership, personal development and team building as well as business-, conflict and change management. Åsa has been coaching choruses, quartets and individuals since the late 90's, and coaching is a big part of her everyday life. She is constantly working with different Barbershop groups and their leaders, teams and members, helping them to go from Good to Great in every aspect.

Thorsten lives for music and the stage. He loves singing and the unique connection between people making music, both with each other and with the audience. For this reason, Thorsten can always be found on and behind the stage, either as a performer (e.g. as tenor of SomeSing) or as a supporter (arranger, coach). Starting in the fall, he will regularly support the BinG! Youth Chorus as a resident coach. He lives in Leipzig with his wife Joolz and cat Rumpel, where he enjoys arranging in his armchair or binging YouTube on the sofa ;-)

Will Lagos is a Los Angeles based actor, singer, arts educator, 15-year barbershopper, and the current Music & Performance Director for four-time barbershop chorus champions The Westminster Chorus. He trained at the University of Southern California’s School of Theater in the competitive Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting program and has enjoyed an over 20-year career as a professional performer. Will is also a certified judge in the Performance category for the Barbershop Harmony Society and is a sought-after coach and clinician in the field, working with high-achieving groups like Central Standard, Toronto Northern Lights, Parkside Melody, GQ, The Ladies, The Newfangled Four, and many others. He has also taught courses in performance and has coached many quartets at Harmony University. Outside of barbershop, Will is also a founding member of Public Assembly, a Los Angeles theater company performing brand new works in repertory every month of the year. Those with a sharp ear will recognize Will’s voice in film scores, international albums, and even at Disneyland and Disney World resorts. Will is also a faculty member at the California School of the Arts where he teaches vocal arts, musical performance, acting technique, and theater history.
